1969/1970 Film: Dead Person Peering Behind Wine Rack

I saw this film in 1969 or 1970 and I think Joan Crawford or Bette Davis had a role in it.

A woman is pushed down an elevator shaft and dies on top of the elevator. The body is taken to a lake, but is instead put behind a wine rack in the cellar. The dead woman's eyes are still open, so she is peering through the wine rack.

Very scary for a six year old (what was my older sister thinking when she let me watch it?). Anyway, I think I can handle it now. Do any of you know what movie this could be? Thanks!
