2000's B&W Documentary About Making a Horror Movie

I'd like to know the name of this documentary I saw while half-asleep at a friend's house about the making of a horror movie.

There are two directors, and a car on a pebble driveway. I remember a scene where the cameraman was trying to hide in the kitchen somewhere to get the perfect shot. I also remember a knife and an ironing board.

Any ideas? I'd really like to see it again when I'm awake.
