2000's Torture Horror With Woman in Basement and Rich People

There's a 2000's film about a woman who goes to a house and discovers a woman down in the basement who is being tortured. The heroine eventually gets captured and is tortured too (i.e. beating almost to death, starvation, her skin eventually gets burnt).

She is close to dying when a group of rich people are brought into the house. An older lady leans over the dying woman to ask her if there is an afterlife, and what she sees as she is close to dying. The dying woman leans over and whispers to her. Then the older lady talks to the rich group.
