A family buries their father, but doesn't follow the wishes spelled out in his will and they are killed one by one.

In the end, the brother turns out to be the one who was actually killing everyone.

Dementia 13 (1963) starring William Campbell, Luana Anders, Mary Mitchel, Patrick Magee

IMDb synopsis:
John Haloran has a fatal heart attack, but his wife Louise won't get any of the inheritance when Lady Haloran dies if John is dead. Louise forges a letter from John to convince the rest of his family he's been called to New York on important business, and goes to his Irish ancestral home, Castle Haloran, to meet the family and look for a way to ensure a cut of the loot. Seven years earlier John's sister Kathleen was drowned in the pond, and the Halorans enact a morbid ritual in remembrance. Secrets shroud the sister's demise, and soon the family and guests begin experiencing an attrition problem.

TRIVIA:
This is Francis Ford Coppola's first director's credit (minus the 'Ford'). Coppola was assisting Roger Corman on the set of "The Young Racers" (1963) in Ireland. Corman allowed Coppola to use the same set, crew and actors (Anders, Campbell and Magee) for this film if he could shoot around the shooting schedule of Corman's film.

At least, your description sounds a lot like this cult classic, which I saw a cleaned-up copy of recently. It still has some creepy moments and some shocks.
