60's Film: Diner Serves Human Body Parts

I saw a film as a teen in the 60's about a young woman that goes into a small restaurant, and someone comes up behind her with a rag of ether.
When she comes to, she is strapped to a table and a man is cuting her stomach open. He then writes the menu for the next day, feeding human body parts to unsuspecting customers.
