60s Horror, Witches Curse

Alright, here is one I believe from the 60's. Its a movie about a witch who is burned at the stake and curses the man who had her burned. Then hundreds of years later she haunts the great great (great?) granddaughter of the man, coming out of her closet at night.
Can anyone help me on the title for this one?
