70's Film Trailer Has Pair of Menacing Walking Scissors

Does anyone remember this early 70's trailer where a young girl is running in an open field in the daytime looking back in fear at the camera?

The narrator's voice is ominous.

The black and white graphic logo for the movie was a pair of walking scissors, animated to walk across the title with a trail of blood. I was too young to read or remember the title.

I never saw the movie, only the trailer and it scared the heck out of me. I was deathly afraid of scissors for a long time afterwards.
