70s Movie About a Possessed House

This movie is tormenting my brain… there was a house and a car breaks down w/ 4 or 5 school kids in it that get stuck there. One of the girls is in the shower when the walls turn to blood and then boiling water. There was also an incident with a garden house the came to life? I vaguely remember a white monster of some kind also.

I thought maybe it was Leif Garrett who played the main character but I couldn't find it listed in his filmography.

Please horror fans.. Help put a name to this movie!!!! My brain is tired from trying to figure it out… Thanx!
