70s Movie of Futuristic Machine that Takes Over House and Woman

I am looking for the title of a 70s horror movie I saw as a kid where this machine was built in a home to keep the wife from leaving.

The machine monitored the video cameras at the front door and wouldn't let people in. It also unfolded itself in weird geometric shapes to give itself arms... really weird.

Does anyone know this one?
