70s Red Hair Floater

There is a film I watched a long time ago and I'm looking for the title. I can't recall what it was about but I remember an image of approaching this dock on a lake and a girl that was killed there floats just below the surface. I think she has long redish hair.

The visual was eerie, and its driving me crazy. Does anyone know the name of it?

This site is awesome. I have been looking for the name of this movie forever! I remembered the body in the water too. It scared me to death. I watched it the same night I watched the movie Patrick (1978). You should check it out too. Pretty freaky.

I can recall the image ur speaking of but I cant think of the title. Infact, I would guess more than one movie has a scene like that in it.
