70's Spirit of Death Caught on Camera

I remember seeing this as a kid, and almost shitting myself in fright. But I can't remember the title at all!!

It's about a Victorian photographer who accidentally figures out how to capture the spirits that come for you on the moment of death. It ends with a "flash forward" of him in the modern age being hit by a car.
