80's Film: Teacher Tormented by Brothers' Killers, Now His Students

Looking for an 80's movie where a high school teacher has flashbacks of his brother's childhood murder (stabbed and then run over by a train) and one by one his good students are found dead (suspicious suicide/accidents) and replaced by the same punk kids who killed his brother years before.
