80's Film Where Vampires Make Heart-Shaped Cake out of Woman

This the first scary vampire movie I saw was from the 80's or early 90's and I'm trying to remember the name.

A man goes into a town with a bunch of vampires, with one main vampire family. He ends up hiding in a church with a woman, but they are somehow convinced to come out and have dinner at the main vampire family’s home.

While the man is eating, the woman goes into the kitchen to help with the dessert, and the female vampires start eating her. In the end, when they cut the heart-shaped cake, it bleeds.
