80's Horror Comedy About a Freak Show

Does anyone remember an 80's movie about a crazy carnival freak show run by a mad man scientist who kidnaps normal people and injects them with a fluid that turns them into horrible side show freaks?
There's a half-jock, half-gremlin, a cow-woman and a giant fleshy worm guy.
I loved this movie when I was little - what is it?
