80s Horror with Projectile Vomited Tapeworm

I vaguely remember an 80's horror movie where this giant tapeworm was being projectile vomited from one person into another persons mouth. The only other thing I remember is that one of the characters drives either a 70's or 80's Porsche.

This has been bugging me for years - does anyone know this movie?
