80's Horrors: Hand in Bottle; Comet Lands in Forest

I need help finding two 80's horror films, please.

The first is an Italian production where some guys in the woods find a cabin and in the cabin there's a bottle with a hand in it. Then a creature chases them.

The second is about a comet that lands in the forest and a werewolf-like creature kills a Priest and attacks campers, wanting them to fix his spacecraft.

Any ideas?
