90's Haunted House Cheesetastic

I saw a horror movie sometime in the late 90's on VHS. In the movie a man and his family move into a haunted house where all of these creatures come out at midnight at the chime of this old clock.

The two scenes I distinctly remember are one where a fat lady creatures hand get flushed down the toilet, and one where the dad goes through the mirror.

Please help! I cannot remember the title, and can't find it anywhere!
