90's Horror Show With Skinless Demon Dog and Worms That Steal Souls

When I was younger, in the 90's I believe, I used to stay up late to watch a scary TV show. I remember an episode or two but I can't remember the name of the show.

One has a dog demon in it with it's skin peeled off so that it's all muscle and bone. At one point the dog is on top of a person dying in a hospital bed, stealing their soul.

In another episode or possibly the same one, there were big worms inside someone. At times, you could see a giant worm crawling under their skin and up their spine, also stealing their soul.

I thought maybe it was Tales From The Darkside but that was in the 80's. Maybe Monsters?

I know this is a place for movie experts, but if you happen to remember the name of the TV show, and maybe even the episodes I mention, I'd be your biggest fan.
