99 Sceaming Souls

Does anyone remember a movie from the late 90's with a cover that had 99 or so pictures of souls, all screaming?

In the beginning of the film a team of men are searching through a car recycling plant or dump. One of them gets sucked into a car from his stomach and screams until his back breaks and he slides into the window. Blood splatters all over the windshield.

Later, a girl is locked in a room with two glass walls. The door behind her shuts and locks and the one in front of her does the same. Then the walls start moving in towards her and she screams as she is crushed by the walls

I just want to watch this again. If anyone can help me remember the title, I would appreciate it!
