Dee Wallace wasn't in Halloween 1 or 2. She was in 9, if by 9 you mean Halloween, the remake, and played Cynthia Strode (which I'm assuming you knew from the previous question.)

Cynthia Strode

Technically, Cynthia Strode is not related, by blood, to either Laurie Strode or Michael Myers. As Michael is Laurie's brother and his mother killed herself while he was in the asylum, Laurie was adopted by Cynthia thus making her Laurie's adoptive mother. She has no relation to Michael though other than that she is caring for the sister he cared so much about when he was younger.
