Adopted Daughter Really an Adult Dwarf

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to find a horror movie that begins with a family adopting a daughter.

I remember at the end of the movie this adopted daughter starts to make moves on the father and then the father realizes that she is not a child but a dwarf.

Any info would be great, I think the movie is only a few years old.
