Alien Invasion Movie Set in a Newsroom

Hi there. This has been eating at me for a time now so I hope you can help. Trying to find the name of a alien invasion film that's set in a newsroom.

We don't actually see anything, we just hear updates on what's happening outside when they come through to the newsroom.

The film ends with the aliens appearing as loads of dots that quickly fill a radar screen.

I would really appreciate any help with this people, cheers.
