Alien's Weapons are Small Spear and Shooting Star Creatures

Before Predator (1987) there was a movie about this alien that used smaller alien creatures that looked like a small spear and a shooting star to kill teenagers.

One teenager hides in this old wooden shed but finds that the alien is using it to store his kills.

Any ideas?

Could be Without Warning from 1980. There is a shed where the alien has the human bodies. The alien uses these living star creatures that he throws at people and it sucks on them and paralizes them.
