Antique Swivel Mirror Goes Back in Time to Erase Murder

I remember a 70's or 80's horror movie I saw on TV at our neighbor's house.

It starts out with mellow Sinatra-style music playing on a scratchy record player in an old country-style bedroom with a sheer curtain flowing from the window. There's also an old swivel mirror in the corner. Very peaceful.

A murder has apparently happened in the room and the mirror was witness. The girl involved stands bloody in front of the mirror and wishes everything would go back to normal (before the murder) and it does.

She wakes up and look in the mirror and she is wearing 1850's-style clothing and the record player is playing the Sinatra music. She then cries and screams, and the film ends.

I'd like to watch that movie again. If you can let me know the title, I'll be happy.
