As Woman Stops Car To Check Out Bundle in the Road, Something Gets in Her Back Seat

Can anyone please tell me the name of this short film I've been trying to find everywhere!
A woman is driving at night. She approaches a bundle in the road, stops and gets out of the car. It looks like a wrapped up baby but I think when she approaches it, it actually isn't. She gets back in her car and continues to drive and a car comes up behind her and starts flashing her repeatedly. She frantically drives up to a house and runs to the door, but the driver of the car gets out and quickly explains that they were trying to attract her attention because when she stopped, someone got in her back seat. They look to the car and the back door is open.
It was a really short film but very chilling. Does anyone know it?
