Asian Gore Fest: People Trapped in Deadly Maze and Swimming With Dead Bodies

I was at home going in and out of consciousness due to a bad reaction to morphine after having major surgery, so I only saw bits and pieces of this Asian gore fest.

In one scene, a man is wedged between two walls in a maze. The maze starts off pretty scary and gets worse. Eventually the man has to slide across a metal rod covered in barbed wire to avoid stepping on metal spikes or maybe glass.

In another scene, a man and woman run into each other while lost in a tunnel filled with body parts. They discuss who the killer may be. The man goes into this long story about making it out and seeing fireworks. This inspires the woman to keep going. They reach a pool full or dead bodies and blood, and the woman convinces the man to swim through to the other side.

The end of the film shows them on a hill watching fireworks. I'm not sure if this was a last dying aspiration or if they really made it out.

Does anyone know what this is?
