Asian Mind Control Horror Film

I am trying to remember an Asian horror film. The film was done in the last 10-15 years and is about a thing (maybe brain?) that could get around and mind control people.

I know there was cannibalism involved (a brain and bits was found in a pot) and the hero had some girl bugging him all the time but by the end he fell in love with her. It was a little of a psychological mind twist.

Does anyone know the title?
