Baby in Car Seat Turns to Monster

I'm trying to remember the name of this horror film.

A guy is sitting in front of the TV when the power goes out. Then he's attacked by something and runs to the front door to get help. A woman in a car stops to help him.

He looks in the backseat and sees a baby in a baby seat so he thinks he can trust her, and gets in the car. As soon as he does, mom and baby turn into monsters and he is trapped.

Can anyone remind me what the title is?
