Bald vampire with two pointy teeth in 90's film

A vampire movie came out in the late 90's or early 2000's with people in a castle and bald vampire with two pointy front teeth like the one in Salem's Lot.
In the end, they kill the vampire and his body turns to mist. We can still see his face in it.
Any ideas?
