Banned Horror Was Called 'Beast'

Does anyone remember a film that starts with a man and women on a shipwrecked boat and after a while the man goes mad and eats his wife?

The man lands on an island and then the film starts. A group of young travelers stay on the island and the mad cannibal man eats them. One famous scene is where the man pulls out a baby from a pregnant woman.

It is an eighties horror film and was banned. It used to be called 'Beast'. What is it called now and can you still get it?
