Beautiful Girl Trapped in a Castle with a Deformed Hunchback

I remember this movie remotely from when I was six. My family had HBO at that time and my Dad continually taped shows off of it.

I remember one Halloween night my Dad was taping a bunch of horror films and while I was playing in the living room he switched on the T.V. to see if the movie was taping or not! So, I looked up and I saw a beautiful girl in a flowing gown trapped inside a castle-like room and a disgustingly deformed hunchback was coming closer to her!

My parents took me out for trick or treating after that and I never got to see the what movie it was, so if any of you recognize this film, please tell me... this has really been bothering me for some time!
