Bewitched Antique Chair Burned at End

I'm looking for film where there's an English antique chair under a basement that belongs to a witch. There's also a woman, a boy and girl and the girl is taken to the hospital because she is weak and an old man in the bewitched chair sucks their souls.

In the end, the woman seeks help with police and ghost readers and they tell her to take it overseas and burn it where it belongs. She does and the spell is broken.
