Biker Gang Decapitates Men in Forest With Swords; Giant Stares at Men in Front of Small House

Hi everybody! I'm trying to find the title of an old horror film I remember two scenes from.

In one scene, the members of a biker gang ride through the forest and decapitating people with swords or sabres.

In another scene, some guys are standing in front of a small house. The camera moves back and we see a giant behind the house looking at them.
