Black Parasite Infects Humans and Controls Their Corpses

I'm looking for a movie about a parasite that infects humans, and controls their corpses, though the corpses have limited motor function, mainly just dragging themselves around. The parasite also causes black, hairlike things to protrude from the victim's corpse. If you slice any limb off, the hairs in the body will move and try to reattach to the severed area.

The movie centers around people trapped in a gas station, surrounded by the infected.
