Black & White 'Fright Night' Episode Where Evil Doctor Experiments on Women

I'm trying to learn the name of an old black & white episode of the weekend TV horror whow Fright Night that I saw in the 70's.

It featured an evil doctor who conducted experiments on a man's daughter (and wife, I think).

In the end, the man confronts the doctor, demanding to know where his daughter is, and the doctor points to her skin or a wax figure, or something like that.

It's a dramatic moment, because the man thinks he is about to rescue her, only to realize she is dead.

I think the show ends with the father taking torturous revenge on the evil doctor - maybe by flaying him alive.
