Blonde Girl Chants 'Bloody Mary'

I can only remember two scenes from this late 70's or early 80's movie.
In one scene, a girl with long blonde hair in a white dress is blindfolded, walking around a well with other kids.
In another scene, the girl is looking in mirror saying 'Bloody Mary'. I think it's her birthday.
