Boy Disappears Leaving Bloody Shoe Behind

I'm looking for the title of a movie where a family is driving down the road and stops so the little girl can pee. The girl screams and the parents go to investigate, but when they return the little boy left in the car has been taken, leaving behind only a bloody shoe.
