Looking for a film where a boy who likes to play with knives loves a girl who is in love with another boy, and he gets very jealous.

In the end, the boy gets hit by a car on his bike on purpose so they can donate his heart to the now dying girl. After the heart transplant, every time she gets close to a guy, her heart starts beating very fast and aching, which is a permanent reminder that she cannot love another for the rest of the life.
