I cannot believe! You ended up helping me as well. I was also looking for this TV series. I watched in late '80s and never thought I would see it agin.

Hmmm... also, maybe you know the name of a '70s movie (or TV series) about a girl who dies in a car accident. Actually, her sister ties her shoes laces as a joke and she can't get out of the car in time. So now, she returns as a ghost and kills her brother and sister.
