Boy in Blue Dressing Gown With Knife

I'm trying to remember the name of an American horror short.

A young boy in a blue dressing gown is holding a large kitchen knife. He chases his mum around a big house and in the end she falls down the stairs. Lightening from outside lights up his face and his head turns into that of a weird ghoul.

Any ideas?
