Boy Makes Brother Watch Him Cut His Heart Out

Looking for a film about a group of schools teens in America that feel they have all been wronged and help each other get revenge.

One girl kills her pregnant mum/step mum and cuts out the fetus. A boy who volunteers at a hospital drugs himself and attempts to cut out his own heart and forces his brother to watch with eye clamps.

The leader of the group's dad is the police officer who is dealing with it all and at the end goes into his son's room and everything in there is white.
