Boy Performs Black Magic on Friends, Pipe in Lake

Does anyone remember the 90's horror movie where a group of boys meet and one is a goth/metal head?
One of the boys has a strange home life and starts doing black magic.
Slowly the other boys start to disappear and the boy killing them tries to get another boy to hang with him. This boy jumps in the lake and is gone for what looks like hours. It turns out there's a pipe of some sort under this lake away from the city.
The boy skips school and eventually winds up getting caught.
Please help - I've been on the look out for this movie for ever. Now I leave it to you guys. Good luck.
