Boy Slides Into Meat Grinder in '80s Film

There's an '80s movie or TV show about a woman and a boy (who doesn't talk much) and they are captured by these creatures. The young boy is forced down this slide that leads to this grinder that chops him up and splits his remains out into this tub where these trolls or monster come and eat him. Also I believe the woman finds out that her long lost father is the leader of these monsters.
