There's a '90s movie about college friends hanging at a mansion and being offed one by one. They suspect it to be the previous resident, a madman but its actually their friend, a girl who is exacting revenge for what their fathers did to her father when she was little.

One of the death scenes is the boyfriend trying to find a way to escape the house goes through an air shaft and seconds later his head comes rolling out right into his girlfriend's hands.
