A friend mentioned seeing an '80's vampire movie about a woman that inherits an old mansion/keep.

The family goes to her new mansion and at one point she sleeps and dreams of a dinner buffet where all the attendees are drinking blood and someone walks up to her holding a silver platter. The lid is lifts and there are two female breasts being served. She awakens with a start, grabbing her breasts.
