British Friends' Car Breaks Down, Man Who Rescues Them is a Killer

I started to watch a movie several years ago and had to turn it off because it was too scary. I would like to rewatch this because it felt like an independent film, and was so realistic.

A group of friends' car breaks down. A man offers help and takes them to his house, where he begins killing them one by one.

In one scene, one of the girls is hiding, forced to watch her boyfriend being tortured while tied to a car.

The actors were not recognizable, but I remember them having maybe British accents. Any clue what this could be?
