I'm trying to find a pretty recent British horror film where the main character gets killed repeatedly by creatures at a certain time everyday.

Good dialogue about fear toward the end.

Yes, that's it: The Deaths of Ian Stone. I've seen it twice on cable but couldn't remember the name. Didn't get to finish it the last time. Love this movie. I want to keep a watch for it so I can see it again. Thanks for the help.

Could be The Deaths of Ian Stone (2007). I think it's American though.

...the name of this movie, but I think is a short. I saw a short like this once based upon some greek mythology where the son of Zeus was executed at the same time each day for stealing Zeus's lightning or fire and passing it down to humans.

In the short, he woke up in a dumpster and was chasesd down by some thug types until he was caught and thusly executed. Eventually he figures what is going on and with help from outsiders frees himself, only to be drawn back into the everlasting loop. My brain hurts.
