Brothers Put Spikes in Road, Eat Those Who Break Down

Does anyone remember a movie about four freak brothers that leave spikes in the road and when each car breaks down, they grab the people and eat them, and then tow their cars away in a big yellow tow truck?
It starts when a guy in an old blue Mustang is looking for a gas station. He's hears music on the road and somehow crashes into the cars of people who's tires exploded. The people had been caught by the freaks and most of them were dead.
In the end, the one surviving girl and the Mustang guy manage to escape. They go the gas station and take the map to warn people.
