Brutal Football Game Has Opponents Slaughtered with Weapons

NEED HELP MY SIC HORROR FANATIC FRIENDS OUT THERE! I AM TRYING TO FIND THIS MOVIE AND IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY...

From what I can remember it is about gangs/teams, that are playing a brutal style of Football, where players use weapons to slaughter their opponents medieval style, to reach the other side of the pit and stick a ball of some sort, covered in flesh I think, through a stake in the ground to win the game. I remember one guy gets wasted by a spiked ball and chain to the face, kind of like gladiator. A girl jumps on this one guys back and bites and rips his ear right off.

After that there was a sex scene and my parents made me shut it off, which resulted in losing the movie and name of it. Could be late 70's, or more so 80's I think. I saw it long ago.

Can anyone help me?
