Butcher Makes Sausages Out of People

Hi there,

I can't quite seem to remember the movie title, but I'm trying to find a horror movie where there are a group of travelers who discover that the towns people that they meet eat people.

The movie has a scene where the group find themselves locked in a hillside house, with another character that they meet. He shoots one of the medical people in the leg.

The main town leader is this butcher and his wife, and they make sausages out of people they kill. There is a confrontation between the villagers and the butcher and wife in their living room.

I can't seem to quite remember any of the actors or the name of the movie.
